Steps to Accessing Services

    A connection call for therapy is a brief, initial conversation between a therapist and a potential client to discuss the client's needs and goals. During the call, the therapist provides an overview of their approach and answers any questions the client may have. The call helps both parties determine if they are a good fit for ongoing therapy.

  • 1 hour 15 mins

    An intake for therapy is a comprehensive assessment session where the therapist gathers detailed information about the client's background, current issues, and treatment goals. It involves discussing the client's mental health history, personal life, and any previous therapy experiences. This session helps the therapist create a tailored treatment plan and establish a foundation for the therapeutic relationship.

  • 50 mins

    Follow-up appointments in therapy are regular sessions where the therapist and client work together to address ongoing issues and track progress toward treatment goals.
