A down-to-earth therapist with a knack for turning life’s chaos into meaningful growth. Whether you’re navigating academic pressure, major transitions, or just trying to figure out what’s next, Connor is here to help you untangle the overwhelm with self-compassion, mindfulness, and a little bit of humor.
Connor believes therapy shouldn’t feel like homework. He creates a space where you can take a breath, drop the mask, and show up exactly as you are. His style is grounded in person-centered and ACT-informed approaches, blending emotional depth with real-world strategies. Think: less pressure to “fix,” more support to feel and move forward at your pace.
He’s especially skilled in working with high achievers—students, professionals, academics, and athletes—who are juggling intense demands while trying to stay grounded. If you’ve been living in burnout mode, stuck in perfectionism, or questioning your identity under all the pressure, Connor gets it. His goal isn’t just to help you cope, but to reconnect you with your own strength and clarity.
